Sales & Marketing Executive
About the Role
We're looking for a motivated Sales & Marketing Executive to help us grow our client base and strengthen our brand presence. You'll work closely with the leadership team to drive outreach, manage campaigns, and convert leads into long-term partnerships.
Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through outbound outreach, networking, and digital channels
- Plan and execute social media marketing campaigns across LinkedIn, Twitter, and other platforms
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and pitch decks for prospective clients
- Manage CRM pipeline — track deals, follow-ups, and conversion metrics
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities
- Coordinate with the tech team to align marketing content with service offerings
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 1–2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools (Google Ads, social media schedulers, email marketing)
- Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace and CRM tools
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
